MokApps undertakes to process and collect personal data:

- In an adequate, relevant, and limited way to what is necessary.
- In an accurate, updated, and timely manner.
Likewise, MokApps undertakes to respect the guiding principles of Privacy by Design and by Default and proactive responsibility.
The processing of data is carried out in accordance with the aforementioned principles and, in particular, subject to the duty of confidentiality and secrecy. MokApps will adopt the appropriate measures to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or damage to personal data and registered information.
The data will be processed to manage the services and information that you request through the Application.
If the User provides an email address or other means of electronic communication, MokApps may use this means as a form of communication with the User to respond to their request and/or query, as well as to inform them of any other relevant changes that occur in the Application.
In application of the LSSI (Law on Information Society Services), MokApps will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not previously been requested or expressly authorized by the recipients of the same.
In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual, legal, or service relationship, MokApps is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of MokApps that are similar to those that were initially contracted, if applicable, with the client.
If the User wishes to unsubscribe from receiving the aforementioned communications, they may do so by sending their request via email to: proteccion.datos@mokapps.dev
The user guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may arise as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belongs to a third party, the user guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this Policy and have obtained their authorization to provide their data to MokApps for the corresponding purposes. Likewise, to guarantee the quality and updating of the data, the User must notify MokApps of any modification that may take place regarding the data provided.
Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited. The User is obliged to guarantee the confidentiality of such an identifier and password, being solely responsible for the use made of them by the physical persons to whom they may have been communicated.
If the User uploads images and/or videos, it is prohibited for them to contain images that promote insults and/or slander against third parties. Furthermore, it is forbidden to use violent, obscene, and offensive language and images, as well as to publish content that includes images/videos and personal data of minors under 16 years of age.
